| a single individual sale, at least for most transactions between Linsen and I. We are much better suited to doing bulk orders rather than individual orders. Problem is a lot of people want some aspect of the order customized which we can do but it always ends up taking a lot more time than a bulk order of all of the same configuration. In addition, Linsen wasn't changing the order every week on what he wanted. What most people on these forums are not aware of are how many transactions our company does each day that go over just fine. Most people place their order, get their stuff in expected timeframes, install it and are on their way. Misery loves company and for most of the cases of feedback, that's what these forums are for - a venue to vent frustrations and as a resort by consumers to try and motivate retailers to do more. And its all good in all ways really, I'm not one to complain. What is interesting about all of this is the motivating factor it has to bust ass and get these new killer products I've been working on out to market..... through other retailers. ;-)
